Mezzanine Floors FAQ
Do I need permission to install a mezzanine floor?
Since our mezzanine floors are modular, self-supporting structures (they do not rely on the building walls), they are generally considered internal equipment rather than permanent civil construction. However, you should check your local fire safety and building codes.
Can the mezzanine floor be relocated?
Yes, the bolted design allows the entire structure to be dismantled and relocated to a new facility if your business moves.
What kind of heavy equipment can be placed on it?
We can custom engineer the floor to support heavy loads, including racking systems, machinery, and even pallet jacks, depending on your specifications (up to 1000 kg/sqm or more).
